More Than 210,000 Tickets Have Been Sold For 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup

First come, first served sale phase of FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 came to an end. Till the end of first come, first served sale phase, more than 210,000 tickets have been sold. This time an increased number of tickets from foreign country has been recorded especially from Chile as the nation is going to make debut in the Tournament of Champions.

FIFA.com have confirmed that about 211,745 tickets have been sold out. On 19th April 2017, ticket sales will restart. Supporters will then also have the opportunity to purchase tickets at the FIFA Venue Ticketing centers that will open on the same day in all hosting cities of FIFA Confederations Cup.

Tickets purchased by 5 April will be delivered to fans via courier service starting in May 2017. FIFA have mentioned that it will not be possible to collected these tickets from the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centers. Tickets purchased online as of 19 April are to be picked up from the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centers.

In order to attend Confederations Cup 2017 matches, ticket holders must apply for a fan ID from www.fan-id.ru. Each individual needs to obtain one personalized Fan ID, irrespective of the number of matches that will be attended or the number of ticket applications submitted.

The Confederations Cup 2017 begins on 17th June 2017 and will be played among Russia, Germany, Portugal, Chile, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia and Cameroon.
